Welcome to Recharge Travels & Tours ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking a transfer or tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
- A booking is considered confirmed once a booking reference number is issued.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are quoted in USD or LKR and are valid at the time of booking.
- Fixed Pricing: Our airport transfer rates are fixed and include fuel, driver fees, and highway tolls.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash on arrival or online payments via secure payment links (if arranged in advance).
- Currency Fluctuations: Rates may be adjusted for significant currency fluctuations, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:
- More than 24 hours notice: Free cancellation. No charges apply.
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the agreed fare may be charged.
- No-show: 100% of the fare will be charged.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must ensure they provide accurate flight details and Pickup times.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the passenger.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We verify vehicles after every trip but cannot accept liability for lost items.
6. Liability
Recharge Travels acts as an agent for transportation services. While we maintain strict safety standards:
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the transfer service provided.
